The heritage of Armac Martin

Founded in the heart of Birmingham in 1929, local brass founder Harold McGrail began manufacturing reproduction furniture fittings. McGrail proudly led Armac for nearly six decades, before retiring in 1988 and passing Armac onto his son, Bryan.

It was at this time Armac starting to open export markets around the world, with Bryan building distribution relationships that are still strong to this day.

After Bryan's retirement in the '90s, Armac was passed onto Harald's grandsons, Paul and Mark. The pair have led Armac into a new chapter under a new name - Armac Martin.
