Our Eden Valley Project: A Timeless Kitchen Design

This kitchen is from our Eden Valley project, set in a property that overlooks the picturesque countryside by Ullswater lake. A beautiful home, now with a beautiful kitchen to match...

Wide shot of timeless kitchen design with circular breakfast bar

The design of this space is rooted in traditional design, inspired by our heritage collection. The cabinetry is finished in a pebble grey colour which pairs beautifully with the porcelain worktops. A timeless kitchen design that our client will love for many years to come.

The circular breakfast bar really makes this design something special – a unique feature that is a focal point here and creates an ideal space to enjoy a morning coffee.

We always say that a kitchen should not only look amazing but FEEL amazing too. Storage solutions feature throughout this design to create a kitchen that has plenty of space to house kitchen essentials. This includes pull out corner shelving, internal drawer organisers, a mix of shallow and deep drawers, pull out bins and drawers, and a larder cupboard. While these features may not seem exciting, they ensure everything in the kitchen is organised and has a home – which will make a huge difference to how you feel about your space!

Appliances included in this kitchen included a Siemens Single Oven, Steam Oven, Induction Hob, Wine Cooler and integrated fridge. Above the hob sat a Westin Prime Edge extractor, a contemporary and subtle addition to the design. A Quooker hot tap was chosen for it's convenience - producing boiling water instantly (a feature that many of our clients love!) Finally, an LED strip was also installed above the mantle, which gives the kitchen a wonderfully warm ambience in the evenings.

A bespoke bar stocked with a coffee machine, mugs, wine, and glassware

Just off the kitchen, a bespoke bar was designed with bi-fold pocketing doors, a silver antique mirror splashback, and LED spotlights that illuminated the space. A stunning feature that seamlessly connects the entertaining space with the rest of the kitchen. The client uses their bar to stock drinks from morning to night - with a coffee station sitting here as well as an integrated wine cooler and oak wine rack!

The client was overjoyed with the final outcome of their kitchen space. Just imagine sipping your morning coffee from your very own bespoke bar, while looking out onto Ullswater lake. Perfection!
